 REFUSED to sign
-  Liz Miles: personal - financial disagreements with Boyd and Jo

REFUSED to sign - Don Gravely - Orange County Sandblasting:

Does not understand the correlation between this
Boydster II I was given by Boyd in December 2007, because I
saw and liked the t.v. show itself and my Tribute to Boyd.
(uhhmm okay)

Also assumes I am "going to make a pile of money" with all the signatures....(yea.. right)

Today was the final day of the Grand National Roadster show...

but on January, 22nd, 2014...

Lets all take a moment of pause.... and send good thoughts and well wishes to

GNRS judging chairman Vic Cunnyngham, who was run over while judging

a car in building 4, resulting in serious, though not life-threatening injuries.

Accident At The 2014 Grand National Roadster Show

THESE CARS ARE HIGH PERFORMANCE and just as dangerous if not more than your

grocery getter. Vic Cunnyngham - get better soon!!

New UPDATED photos - 01-26-2014

I wish you have more dirty, grimy fingers and keep on banging away.

I envy you always as we discussed.

There was the "Prolong Performance Girls - (thank you ladies) ....

New Videos !!!

A personal thank you to John Ewald for these demos over the years
and Kerry Morris also

I have new videos up from vintage dragster demos NIGHT TIME FIRE -EM UP !!!!

Uploaded is not just one treat for everyone, but how about THREE TREATS?.

Night time fire up of some vintage dragsters - with not just ONE special guests but TWO special guests

One gentleman from France did a whole video setup including "behind the seat footage" for their own

Roadster shows and or tv show airing in September in France.

The first night time video, I was about 6 feet away from the pipes.

Still shot:

The next video is of
Cherielynn Westrich from t.v.'s Overhaulin' who had her

seat time in a dragster, night time video from the Grand National Roadster Show - 2014.

I was 4 feet from the one Cherielynn Westrich was sitting in. Totally shook the

ground and GOT YOUR ATTENTION.

DO TAKE NOTE: watch for falling leaves... Once these were fired up..

it was shaking the leaves off the trees...

Still shots:

The last new video will be of a Red Cobra being fired up:

On display and a raffle to win it, charity for the Wounded Warriors.

Still shot:

Video:

Again while at the Grand National Roadster Show in

Pomona, California
 on Saturday January, 25th, 2014....

I saw Luc and Marcel  - Marcels Metal Craft - chatting with James Hetfield of Metallica about

their creation and his new car.

James refused a personal photo, that I was going to provide to Marcel's.

He was rude, but fuck him and his music
, I don't much care

for it NOR own any of it anyway.  ANY BITCH can SCREAM. If you are a public figure and IN THE

PUBLIC and cannot take the stress or requests from general fans

(this does NOT include paparazzi team harassment)..then get the out of YOUR public business!

I about ran the man over turn the Boydster Hauler around.

I asked him for a quick autograph and he was glad to do so.

I made some points with the wife in the process. I was also able to catch

Cherielynn Westrich from t.v.'s Overhaulin' she signed my wifes Mustang diecast.....

So... does that make her "Overhauled"?

I was also able to catch

Dyno Motive - Placentia, California - January, 23rd, 2014
Eric, aka Dyno Motive is testing a $30,000.00 motor.
Sorry, the glare on the window prevented a great shot of this monster

YES, 30 K - this is NOT a typo !
Harvey from Harv's Auto and Dyno Tune was there with
this "baby"...a 600 CI full bore hotrod engine...

Dyno test - tech questions while I was getting my brakes done next door.

A trip to HMS - Harvey from Harv's Auto and Dyno Tune in Whittier, California January, 23rd, 2014
Harvey was very kind enough to sign the Tribute Boydster and red hat.
I also took some shots of a card behind his desk I had never seen before depicting
Boyd above in the clouds - watching over Rocky Walker as he does burnouts. Very nice.
I will have to get one for myself some day, somewhere.
Nice photo with the mule too!

Lance's Autoworks - Placentia, California - January, 23rd, 2014

several miles before getting there I had some brake issues....Fortunately next door to Dyno Motive was a shop to fix the brakes, boy did they damn well need it. Let me tell ya.. if you are in the southern California area and need something done, JOHNNY-ON-THE-SPOT...Lance did me right.
Lance's Autoworks - who did my brakes immediately and a fair price.
He didn't seem to mind my yammering either!

Again, I want to thank everyone for their time and signatures....

UVU Car Show and Swap Meet
May 20th, 21st, 2011

Photos of the Boydster II Rc car, myself and Charlie Hutton from the tv show American Hot Rod at the UVU Car Show and Swap Meet, in Lehi, Utah, at the Thanksgiving Point Center, May 20th, 21st, 2011

Photos below with:

The wife and I and "Nikki" our German Shepard at our swap meet booth at the UVU car show. We hung out and tried to sell some Boydsters. When I thought it was about the right time Saturday morning, I drove my "User Boydster" up towards the center of the car show to see if I could find Charlie Hutton.

I found Charlie sitting and enjoying time with his grandkids.
(yes grandkids!!) Wow time flies huh?

Charlie was a great guy, very very gracious and we chatted about "The Tribute Boydster Rc Car" and Boyd and the tv show.

He did tell me that leaving "The Shop" and the show was "Hollywood" and part reality. Which I figured it was.

We chatted about good Boyd memories and some bad ones, then I mentioned I had the "The Tribute Boydster Rc Car" and could he please come by, since he was getting ready to do an "open air" interview.

Charlie came back about an hour later to my booth and signed my "The Tribute Boydster Rc Car" in gold paint pen on the drivers side.

He is so funny..... He asked where he should sign it. I replied, "Well Charlie, since I always thought your painting "drove home" the best projects, why not on the drivers side??

SO... here below is one of the few remaining autographs need for this "The Tribute Boydster Rc Car".

He also signed the other 5 cars I had at the show to sell, but no one seemed interested. 2 autographed cars are on "reserve" for close friends and the others....oh well I put them on Ebay. Someone will want them.

Charlie, THANK YOU for being a down to earth guy.

THANK YOU for the signatures on the 5 other cars, flyers and most of all the
"The Tribute Boydster Rc Car"
I hope to see you at GNRS 2012

Charlie Hutton from the tv show American Hot Rod in the photos below signing My "The Tribute Boydster Rc Car" and 5 others, and flyers I made up for the swap meet

Boyd Coddingtons
"American Hot Rod" Shop
12-12-07

The trip to Boyd Coddingtons "American Hot Rod" Shop was
absolutely the best trip I have ever had
Walking into Boyds' was a dream come true.
If felt as if it were "hallowed ground"
As a fan of hotrods for years since I saw the made for tv movie
"The California Kid" I was hooked on the essence of hotrodding.
I know that Boyd Coddington didnt build "The California Kid" but as a fan of
the tv show "American Hot Rod" and previously mentioned hotrods in
general, It was a true once in a lifetime experience.
I was treated as if I were family and very very nice people.
Melissa  at the counter was very kind and helpful.
She was able to get me a quick tour of the shop and meet boyd himself
while they were in a photo shoot out in the back.
Boyd himself took the time to chat and make me feel very welcome.
I felt that I was just as important as a customer who wanted to buy a
car or have one made.
Truly down to earth people.
I did get some of the guys' autographs on my Boydster II
Rc Hot Rod, including Boyd himself.
Boyd and the Crew, THANKS.
I did miss getting to meet Jo, but I know she is a very busy person
Maybe another day that I am nearby.

Boyd, you will be dearly missed sir

Please enjoy the photos I ask that you as a viewer....
DO NOT COPY THESE FOR ANY REASON.

My personal autographed Boydster II.....
